Refund policy
The customer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the product(s) to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without justification of reasons and without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return, which is at the customer's expense.

For any return within the framework of the exercise of the right of retraction, the procedure below must be respected in its entirety:
The seller undertakes to reimburse the customer for all sums paid (product price and delivery costs). Reimbursement will be made according to the original method of payment used by the customer within 14 days of recovery of the goods or transmission of proof of shipment of the goods.
In the event of failure to comply with the above conditions, Serge LESAGE may refuse the customer's return and not issue a refund. Should the customer in such a case require reshipment of the products ordered, Serge LESAGE reserves the right to require the customer to pay the cost of reshipment of these goods. This amount corresponds to the amount indicated on the customer's invoice.

- Products will be returned according to the terms and conditions communicated by Serge LESAGE.
- The customer must take all necessary measures to preserve the carpet during the return and transport of the product.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with any labels and accessories, and in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been used or damaged.
- All returns must be signed for, failing which the loss of products during return transport will not be taken into account.
- The customer must return the product using the appropriate means of transport.
- Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. The estimated cost of return is equivalent to the delivery costs calculated when the order was placed.
